My name is Dean SoRelle, founder of River Drift Outdoor Solutions, LLC and I live
on Jackson Lake, Georgia with my wife, Kim. When I’m not working or building FishFry
Sticks, you’ll usually find me on the dock fishing for catfish or crappie. I’ve spent
countless evenings watching lines, enjoying the quiet, and pulling in everything from
fish fry size cats to the occasional 40 plus pounder on traditional rod and reel.

The idea for the River Drift FishFry Stick™ started more than five years ago. I wanted
a simple, safe way to run limbline style setups right from the dock—without taking a
boat upriver or tying off to trees. When I couldn’t find anything that worked the way I
wanted, I started building my own versions, testing them, improving them, and refining
the design year after year.

In November 2025, I was thankful to receive the official patent for the FishFry Stick™.
After years of tinkering, testing and perfecting, I’m excited to finally share this product
with others who love catching catfish for the table as much as I do.

River Drift Outdoor Solutions™ is a small, family run operation built on real experience, real fishing and real time spent on the water. Every product we offer is something I use
